"The financial difficulties we face are common among parrishes such as ours, which provide a full range of spiritual and educational services for 1,026 registered paritioners. Our last increased oferatory program was in the fall of 1982. Since then our ordinary operating expenses have increased and we are in the need of improvements and repairs."
