The large walnut tree was harvested for its valuable lumber in 1964. The cast-iron well pump found a home in Florida with a son of property owners Raymond and Myrtle Orndorff. The macadam entrance to Weaver's Store parking lot now covers the old well.

Behind the houses and trees on the far side of the road stood Raymond Gebhart's barber shop and William A. Noel's blacksmith shop.
