A "Member, Volunteer Fire Department, Bonneauville, Penna." automobile identification plate usually gave the driver the right-of-way when the town's fire sirens were activated. There were two siren locations in Bonneauville in the second half of the 20th century. One was mounted on a tower at the fire house. The other was located at the personal property of Francis Shanebrook, 34 W. Hanover St. Mid 20th Century piece.
