| Item History: | In the 1950's and 1960's, it was fashionable for young men of St. Joseph's Church in Bonneauville to be gifted a prayer book when they received the Sacrament of Confirmation. The book covers were invariably black in color. They approximated 4" x 6" x 1" thick. This book is signed; "To Bernie (Shanebrook) from Butch (Shanebrook)." The family lived at 34 W. Hanover Street in Bonneauville, PA. |
