For a few years around 1958, Vincent Orndorff operated a gun shop at 21 E. Hanover Street in Bonneauville. This 16" x 21" wooden sign was posted along Hanover Street. "Gun's, New and Used, Ammunition All Kinds and Reloads." Just a few years prior to this, Richard Golden operated a combination Cities Service gas station and gun repair shop about 1/2 block east of the location. The Orndorff Gun Shop seems to have started at about the time that Mr. Golden ceased operation of his gas station.
